Focusing on the Vicentine Triangle, this documentary follows the lives of a group of local shepherds who look after herds of cows, sheep and goats.

We follow the daily handling of the animals, the transhumances and discover the indigenous breeds of goats, sheep and cattle – the Algarve goat, the Algarve cow and the Algarve churra sheep. As we realise the connections and affinities that unite them, we understand the daily difficulties and uncertainties they face.
