Contos Baralhados (Jumbled Tales) is the new musical tale from Histórias Magnéticas, with original text and music by Sérgio Pelágio, narrated by actress Isabel Gaivão, followed by a workshop.

Unlike the previous tales, this one is structured around twelve “micro-stories” that appear to have no connection to one another. Based on unlikely everyday life events, they cross dreams, thoughts, and situations that we normally undervalue, but which, if we pay attention to them, reveal quite an amusing and unexpected parallel world, inhabited by flying swimmers, cycle-poets, otolaryngologists and aliens.

The session is also a game with 12 illustrated and shuffled cards that each child is challenged to order while listening to the narration. The resulting sequence will be the starting point for a conversation-workshop that ends with the creation of a concertina book (leporello).
